What you can expect from us, and what we ask of you, when you enquire or book.
These terms cover your use of this website and the enquiry process. The full terms of any removal are set out in the written booking contract we send once your move is planned — that contract, not this page, governs the job itself, including any quote-validity, deposit, payment and claims windows.
Quotes and enquiries
A quote is our considered assessment of your move based on the details you give us and, where we do one, a survey. It isn’t a fixed price until confirmed in the written booking contract. If what we find on the day differs materially from what was described — more to move, harder access, extra services — we’ll discuss it with you before anything changes.
Your responsibilities
Please give us accurate information about what’s being moved and the access at both ends, arrange any parking permissions we flag, and have items ready as agreed. Tell us in advance about anything high-value, fragile or hazardous so we can plan for it properly.
Our responsibilities
We’ll carry out your move with reasonable care and skill, handle your belongings carefully, and coordinate the day with a single point of contact. Cover and liability for goods in transit are set out in the booking contract; ask us about the detail before you book if it matters to you.
Cancellations and changes
If you need to change or cancel, tell us as soon as you can and we’ll do our best to accommodate it. Any deposit or cancellation terms are those stated in your written booking contract.
